Return Policy

In order to provide our customers with the best product availability and our DC team's prompt response to orders, there will be a 20% rehandling fee on all returned goods.  All freight charges are to be paid by the customer on any returns. 
Sample Requests
WestPoint Hospitality will provide samples at no charge and request customers provide shipping accounts to cover freight charges. 
Deliveries
Upon delivery, customers are to validate shipment matches packing slips.  By signing with the deliverer, you are confirming you have reviewed, and your order is accurate.
